TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General
1.1. Arôm Suave, located at Wesselderstraat 11, 6271BW Gulpen, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number NL003458815B75, is responsible for processing orders via www.aromsuave.com.
1.2. The customer is any natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement with Arôm Suave.
1.3. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and agreements between Arôm Suave and the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Offer and Formation of the Agreement
2.1. All offers in the webshop are non-binding and subject to change.
2.2. An agreement is concluded when Arôm Suave confirms the order in writing or by email.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Payment is made using the available payment methods (iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, etc.).
3.3. Arôm Suave reserves the right to request advance payment for international orders.
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
4.2. The estimated delivery time is stated in the shipping policy. For international orders, delivery time may be longer.
4.3. Any additional shipping costs, import duties, or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
4.4. The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1. Consumers within the EU have a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days after receipt of the product.
5.2. Hygiene products, including opened perfume oils, soaps, and fragrance oils, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the sealed product has been opened.
5.3. Customers outside the EU do not have a statutory right of withdrawal, but Arôm Suave may allow voluntary returns.
5.4. Return instructions will be provided by Arôm Suave; return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Complaints
6.1. Complaints about products or services must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt.
6.2. Arôm Suave will properly investigate complaints and strive for a suitable solution.
7. Liability
7.1. Arôm Suave is not liable for damage caused by improper use of products, allergic reactions, or failure to follow instructions.
7.2. Arôm Suave's liability is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All images, texts, and other content on the webshop are the property of Arôm Suave or are used with permission.
8.2. Copying or distributing this content without prior written permission is prohibited.
9. Privacy
9.1. Arôm Suave processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

10. International Use
10.1. Dutch law applies to international orders, unless mandatory law in the customer's country prescribes otherwise.
10.2. The Dutch version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in any disputes regarding interpretation.
11. Applicable Law and Disputes
11.1. Dutch law applies to all agreements between Arôm Suave and the customer.
11.2. Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement.
11.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court in the Netherlands shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law prescribes otherwise.
