SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We try our best to ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Once we receive your order, it is usually processed and shipped within one to three business days. Within the Netherlands, you can usually expect your package within one to three business days. International orders may take a little longer to ship, depending on the destination country.
We charge shipping costs for every order. You will see the exact amount during checkout. For international orders, the shipping costs may be higher than the actual costs, as the system calculates based on weight. If this happens to your order, we will contact you and refund the difference. If your package is in transit, you will receive a tracking code from us, if applicable, so you can easily track its progress. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your package may be delivered to a neighbour or to a nearby collection point. You will always be notified of any problems by the delivery service.
Return Policy
We hope you're happy with your purchase. If it's not entirely to your liking, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only possible if the product is unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging. For perfume oils, fragrance oils, and soaps, the plastic seal must be intact to meet the return policy.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless there is an error on our part, for example, if you received the wrong or damaged product. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the same account you used for payment within five to ten business days.
